What are the shipping costs?
You can check the shipping costs by entering your address in your shopping basket. Shipping is kept low because the prints are produced locally.

I can’t place an order — what’s going wrong?
It might be that you live in a country that isn’t included in our shipping options yet. Send us an email via the contact form and we’ll add your destination!
Can I exchange or return prints?
Exchanges aren’t possible. Returns are allowed if you live within the EU, within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send the product back to me (in the Netherlands). Return shipping costs aren’t covered.
Returns from outside the EU aren’t possible.
I want to make a change or I entered the wrong address — can you help?
We check our inbox almost daily, so feel free to send us an email. If we see your message in time (within 6 hours of placing your order), we can still make changes. After that, your order goes into production and is shipped, and changes are no longer possible.
How do you make your paintings?
I paint in a traditional way, mostly as a form of therapy for myself. I have cPTSD and often feel a need for cosiness and a sense of safety. I mainly work with acrylic on canvas (linen) or gouache on paper.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on where you’re based, as prints are made locally. Once your order is produced and shipped, delivery usually takes a few working days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your print is on its way.
After placing an order your print will typically dispatch within 72 hours.
Typical delivery times after shipping:
UK 2-3 working days (considered lost after 5)
EU - 5-7 working days (considered lost after 15)
US shipping - 4-6 working days (considered lost after 10)
I’ve seen other products from you, but not on this site — can you help?
That’s right! On estherbennink.nl you’ll find my regular webshop. At the moment, that shop doesn’t ship to all countries (not to the US), and shipping costs are quite a bit higher because everything is sent from the Netherlands.
On the website you’re on now, I can offer my artwork worldwide at lower shipping rates because everything is produced locally and made to order. That also means it’s not possible to combine or add items that aren’t listed on this site.
